After six years which earned him a Bachelor of Theology and a Graduate Diploma of Ministry he returned to Germany for about three years for doctoral studies concentrating on the travel narrative in the Gospel of Luke (Lk 9:51-19:10).
In 1996 he was called to Toowoomba and now serves as the senior pastor of the Living Grace congregation. Edgar and Tatjana are blessed with two daughters, Dominique and Francisca.
